3.2 One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account on ksx8. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. Multiple members of the same household may operate separate accounts from a single device or network, but this must be reported to ksx8 Support in advance.
3.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on ksx8 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Please provide accurate transaction details when making a deposit.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- ksx8 reserves the right to cancel transactions if money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following factors are considered at the time of withdrawal:
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
- ksx8 reserves the right to reject withdrawals if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The ksx8 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x), meaning withdrawals can be made after betting the bonus amount 20 times.
Bonus eligibility conditions:
- Each new member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Claiming multiple bonuses from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be forfeited.
- Restrictions on using the bonus in certain games may apply.
5.2 Other Promotions
ksx8 offers special promotions, tournaments, and cashback offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and validity period, which are stated on the relevant promotions page. ksx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
The ksx8 VIP program has three tiers. Advancement is based on the user's activity and loyalty:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%, with additional benefits.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%, priority support, and exclusive offers.
Cashback is automatically credited to eligible accounts on a weekly basis.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets on ksx8 cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If any bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, ksx8 reserves the right to make the appropriate decision regarding that bet.
6.2 Slots and Casino Games
The outcome of any game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. ksx8 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment. Any attempt to influence game outcomes or exploit software errors is strictly prohibited.
6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
For sports betting, the odds displayed by ksx8 are final. If a match is abandoned or postponed, ksx8 will settle bets in accordance with standard rules. Betting on all cricket matches including BPL, T20, IPL, and ICC tournaments is conducted in compliance with applicable rules.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ksx8:
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activity.
- Bonus abuse or intentional low-risk betting to obtain bonuses (bonus abusing).
- Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Impersonating ksx8 staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
If any of the above violations are detected, ksx8 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and take applicable legal action.
